Running a business already takes your attention in a lot of different directions.
Your Shopify store should support that — not become another thing you need to stay on top of.
I work with store owners to improve, fix, and manage their Shopify stores in a way that actually holds up day to day.

Shopify Trust Check
A simple 20-minute check to help you spot what might be putting customers off.
If you’ve launched your Shopify store but aren’t quite sure if it’s working as it should, this walks you through the exact checks I run when reviewing a store.
You’ll go through your homepage, product pages, structure, and overall experience — scoring each section as you go — and come away with a clear sense of what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next.

“Deirdre understood what we needed almost immediately and took the stress out of managing our Shopify site.”
“Working with Dee was such a relief. Everything was handled with clarity and care, and our store finally feels solid.”
What I do
I work across three main areas:
Store Builds
New Shopify stores, set up properly from the start — clear structure, considered setup, and built to last.
Improvements
Working through what’s already there — simplifying, refining, and fixing what’s not quite working.
Ongoing Support
Continued updates and improvements, so your store keeps moving forward without you needing to manage it all.
How I work
The process is straightforward:
We agree what needs to be done
I get access and start working through it
We check in at key points
You always know what’s been done and what’s next
Most of the work is handled by me, so you’re not pulled into the detail unless you need to be.

Why I do this
I used to work inside Shopify, supporting merchants directly.
What I saw, over and over again, was how much people were expected to figure out on their own.
Tutorials, workarounds, quick fixes — all pieced together just to keep things going.
Most stores weren’t broken. They just weren’t set up in a way that made them easy to run.
That’s where I come in now.
Not to advise from the sidelines — but to take the work on and sort it properly.
